Is there any age restriction?: Only people over 21 years old who have held a driving license for at least 2 years can rent cars in Cuba through our website.
Can another person drive the car I rent in Cuba?: Only people listed on the car contract can drive it. You must add an additional driver when picking up your car in Cuba, up to 2 additional drivers.
Is car insurance included in the price?: It depends on the offer you select. During the rental process you will be able to see whether insurance is included in the total. If it is not included, you must pay for it when you collect the car in Cuba.
Can the car be returned to a different location than pickup?: Yes, but there will be an additional charge; the cost varies depending on the drop-off location. Please consult with the rental agency in Cuba for more information.
Are there any other costs when picking up the car?: Yes, you must pay for fuel; the price varies depending on the car. A security deposit is also required to cover damages not covered by insurance; it will be returned when you return the car. If insurance is not included you must also pay for it.
How do I change my reservation?: Contact us to make a change to your reservation if possible. There will be a fee of $80 plus any difference in the total rental cost for the new dates if higher and if availability exists; if there is no availability, no refund will be given.
